What does a kid-friendly home have? Our kid-friendly homes could have video game systems, pool tables, foosball tables, ping pong tables, basketball hoops, air hockey tables, or any and all of the above. The description of the home goes into more detail.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Wheel Chair Accessible
These homes offer easy access and features for wheelchairs to move around and use the home and may include wider doors, no stairs, specials showers, accommodating counters in the kitchen, step-free decks, and/or other features.

This includes bedrooms, but also includes other private or semi-private sleeping areas like lofts and private dens and family rooms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Mavericks Access
These are the homes that have access to our brand new fitness center here in Sunriver, Mavericks at Sunriver. You will get free access to the facility, which includes climbing walls, workout equipment, indoor pool and Flowrider wave machine, snack bar, gym, tanning, massage, arcade, personal training, and much more. Close to SHARC
These are the homes that are close to SHARC, which has access off Overlook Road off Circle #2. All of our homes have access to SHARC. High Speed Internet
Several of our homes offer high-speed Internet access. Unless otherwise stated, you will be required to provide your own computer or laptop with network card -- rental equipment is not available. The access in the homes is set up at their default settings with DHCP enabled -- meaning that the services should be plug and play.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Air Conditioning
Most of our homes do not have air conditioning. Why? For 95% of the year, it's not needed, and it gets so cool at night (it can be 90° during the day, but still be 40° at night) most folks just open up the windows at night to cool off the house and then close things up during the day. We do provide oscillating fans in all of our units to help take the edge off the heat.

Bikes
Homes that have bikes listed in the description have at least two adult bikes at the home. There may be more, but because homeowners will sometimes remove bikes from the home without our knowledge, we can only guarantee two adult bikes.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Luxury Homes
Homes that are in our luxury class are our top of the line homes. They feature top-class amenities and furnishings. If you want the best that Sunray (and Sunriver) has to offer, the luxury homes are the way to go.

Nice Views
Homes that are listed with "Nice Views" have a view of the mountains, river, golf course, ponds, or any or all of the above.
