I absolutely love Sunray and one of the biggest losses for me in selling my home is the loss of the inspirational example they have of the highest professionalism, courtesy, and intelligent service. They have taken care of my home as though it were their own. Every single staff person I've ever dealt with has the same integrity and sense of service. They should be a case study for Harvard Business School.

My husband and I reviewed 2 or 3 before choosing Sunray in 1987, based on an interview in person with Ed Willard. We were impressed with his common sense, business sense, attention to detail in the rental package, and absolute commitment to customer care. My husband was asthmatic and I had chemical sensitivities. It was imperative that any renters comply with our requirements for non-smokers and no pets, and for the use of special cleaning supplies. Ed gave us impressive examples of the kind of care we were looking for. And he kept his word, as did his staff, for well over a decade of management. They always called if there was the slightest question.

I have no complaints of Sunray at all, except that I wish they could be cloned for the Seattle area.

I was just reading the testimonials on Sunray and feel remiss that I have not sent in one. Sunray handled our home on Rocky Mountain for 6 years now. The management of the home and rent time has been outstanding. While we were out of the country for two years, they attended to every need of the home, keeping it in top shape. Comments from renters about the condition of the home, and help from Sunray, has always been outstanding. The staff -- from management to front line -- has always been a high point. In my experience with owning three homes in Sunriver, there is no comparison to the services provided by Sunray and their competitors. The situation with Sunray is far better and improved then anything I have experienced elsewhere from other companies.
